Welcome my name is Marcus Reed and I would like to introduce myself, I’m 25 years of age currently living in the Midwest region of the United States. ChaCeremony has started with humble beginnings stemming from my love and interest of all things tea.
I’ve been learning and experiencing this wonderful plant for the past 4 to 5 years. To my excitement I have opened my own business to sell quality tea that is direct sourced and fair traded.
Fate had it that I met a pivotal person in the industry who’s family has had a 16 acre tea farm at around 250-900 Meters in elevation and has been within this families ownership for nearly 30 years. The tea field is located on Mount Wuyi Fujian provence China.
The tea farmers follow traditional methods for growing, hand harvesting, and charcoal firing of the tea. These traditional methods assure that the resulting tea possess a unique charm and quality that is getting more difficult to find today due to modernization of the tea world.
At ChaCeremony we specialize in rock grown oolong otherwise known as yancha, but the shop will also contain some Wuyi Grown Black teas
It is my vision that I can fill this niche market by providing quality tea, great customer service and quick not to mention affordable shipping.
I am available for questions, comments, feedback; if you need to get a hold of me you can drop me a line on my email:
Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
