This JinJunMei harvested on April 18, 2017.
This tea is grown at 700 to 900 m in elevation with an average age of these plants being around 17 years old. The taste of this tea is sweet with a notable balance of bold. There is an underlying note of honey and spice notes present.
The different dimensions in this tea make for an enjoyable ceremony that has both depth and feeling to go with it.
While enjoying this brew there’s a soothing quality felt within the throat along side an energizing quality for the mind and body.
