This fully hand harvested and processed Shuixian is from the spring of 2016 from the inner core region of Wuyi known as Shuiliandong translated to the Water Curtain Cave. These Shuixian bushes are about 25 years old and are grown at 300-450M in elevation.
This tea is unlike any other Shuixian we have tried. It will possess a thick vicious brew with the perfect roast to allow the more floral aspects of Shuixian to shine through each and every infusion. Relax to the max with the Chaqi that makes me feel like I am wrapped up in a big cuddly blanket.
Expect to achieve 10-15 brews with only 7-8 grams brewing gongfucha.
