This tea is harvested in 2015 spring from deep within the inner core region these trees are slightly older than the number 1 counterpart. These ShuiXian plants are about 25 years old and grown at a height of 300-450M in elevation. Slow growth and age of the plants help make this tea possess a truly unique flavor.
Mossy, Earthy, and Peat notes show the age and sophisticated flavor from these older trees.
It has the classic sweet mineral notes present in all rock tea long after it is sipped.
Expect to achieve 10-15 brews with only 7-8 grams and 100-120 ml Gaiwan.
